- Angelo was Mayor of Manville from 1991 to 2007 (longest tenured Mayor in the towns
history)
- Known for bringing Adesa, Walmart, and the Movie Plex to town.
- Brought the town back from 2 crisis (Hurricane Floyd and the Creosote contamination in
Clairmont and Rustic Mall)
- Besides being Mayor was President of the NJ Conference of Mayors and is in the NJ Mayors
Hall of Fame (both were firsts in Manville's history)
